Remarks

Schintlmeister (2013) treated the genus <i>Allodonta</i> as a large genus with <i>Hexafrenum</i> as one of the subgenera in it. Kobayashi and Nonaka (2016) settled <i>Hexafrenum</i> as a good genus due their morphological and genitalia characters and also mentioned that all the species of <i>Allodonta (Hexafrenum)</i> take their genus <i>Hexafrenum</i>.
