Remarks
Schintlmeister (2013) treated the genus Allodonta as a large genus with Hexafrenum as one of the subgenera in it. Kobayashi and Nonaka (2016) settled Hexafrenum as a good genus due their morphological and genitalia characters and also mentioned that all the species of Allodonta (Hexafrenum) take their genus Hexafrenum.
